There is always room for improvement and here at Cleanhome we are constantly reviewing our franchise model and offering. That’s why we are delighted to announce that we have recently been re-accredited as an Established member of the British Franchise Association whose brand behaviours, above, we are committed to wholeheartedly.
External validation and quality assurance is important within any organisation as it celebrates high quality ethical business practices, but our membership of bfa is about far more than a shiny badge of honour. It is about being part of a network of passionate, innovative, ‘can do’ businesses who want to make a positive impact on the world around them. It is about contributing to, and learning from, the collective wisdom that successful, progressive and positive leaders bring to the table. But most importantly it is about passing on that knowledge to our franchisees, empowering them to thrive and grow whatever point they are on within their journey.
We are committed to support and develop our Cleanhome franchisees and our membership with the bfa offers all manner of practical and efficient support services which are easy to access for both franchisees, and to us as a franchisor. 
We are passionate about providing a quality service for our customers and that relies on each and every franchisee having high levels of confidence, know-how and motivation. This drives our comprehensive in-house training offer. Each year Cleanhome convenes a number of virtual and in-person training events to support our experienced and new franchisees. In November we hosted a highly successful day in Cookham, Berkshire, where franchisees from across the UK met to share ideas and receive high quality input from expert personnel.
